Our events team will work with you to craft a truly special events - including guestrooms, a catering package crafted by local chefs, and unlimited access to our Greenhaus, event spaces & public spaces.

A full Kinship Takeover includes 76 beds to sleep up to 120 people, from shared bunkrooms to King Suites - each with custom hand built millwork, views, tuft and needle mattresses, soft brooklinen sheets, and specialty coffee, pillows, art, and more.. Plus, we can work with you to set up a custom booking link so your guests can take on the cost of their overnight stay.

We’ll take the work of cooking off of your shoulders and create a tasty, custom menu just right for your group—all made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. With the takeover package, our onsite food and beverage staff will be exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.

For small meetings, private events and professional gatherings, reserve our conference room. Far from a stuffy conference room, our private meeting room is tucked away on our first floor and designed in our same modern, cozy style. You've also got all the essentials — a large conference table and chairs, flat screen tv, technology hook-up and catering options from our cafe & bar.

Urban camping in the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs for up to six people!
We have one camping room at Kinship Landing, which can be used for an overnight stay, Sunset event space or whatever you dream up!
This room includes a private three piece bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and soft Brooklinen towels. Four stories up, this camp spot provides great views of Pikes Peak, Cheyenne Mountain, and the Front Range.
